Design of all banking basics through to reimagining the future of digital banking online. I drove the transformation design strategy, establishing a shared unified vision encompassing the research and aspirations of all major bank divisions including insurance. Omni-channel workflows, CX enablers and communication were key.
Orion Health is a New Zealand based global software company that delivers and sells healthcare software. I led one of the product design teams, providing direction develop guidance and product vision for many solutions. Software includes BPM document workflows, eco-system communication, patient engagement, community care plans.
The Tourism New Zealand website was 10 years old and needed to be revamped, my new proposal was a tag-based system of articles, crowd sourced by industry providers, where hubs of content were created around location and interests ‘Wellington + Cycling’ or ‘Nelson + Walking’.
